Who is responsible for what
WallaB.AI gives merchants the tools to run subscription retention — an AI concierge, guardrails, dunning, and campaigns. The lawfulness of your own subscription program (auto-renewal and negative-option disclosures, refund and cancellation terms, product claims, taxes, and consent for the messages you send) remains yours as the merchant. The Merchant Terms of Service set out this line in full.
