Text-message keywords

STOP, HELP, and START — what each does, exactly.

If the store has SMS enabled and you've opted in, WallaB can help you over text messages too.

Keywords that always work

Send any of these as the whole message, any time:

  • STOP — opt out of all texts. You'll get one confirmation message and nothing further. (STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, and OPTOUT work too.)
  • HELP — get info about who's texting you and how to reach support. Works even after you've opted out. (INFO and SUPPORT work too.)
  • START — opt back in after a STOP. (UNSTOP, YES, OPTIN, RESUME, and SUBSCRIBE work too.)

These are recognized only as the entire message — "please don't stop my delivery" is a normal sentence to WallaB, not an opt-out.

Cancelling by text

Text CANCEL during a conversation and WallaB treats it as a plain cancellation request — same rule as the portal: no hoops.
